Your Accommodation
We offer comfortable, friendly accommodation in a quiet picturesque village. The houses date back to the mid 19th century and are built around a courtyard with pleasing gardens. There is also ample private parking space for cars and a lock up barn for bicycles or fishing equipment.

Leisure Activities
The village has two excellent pubs, (both with restaurant/bar meals), within two minutes walking distance.
Within five minute minutes walk there is the Grand Union Canal, and Heyford Fisheries, with numerous fisheries, lakes and reservoirs all within 20-30 mile radius.
Both the McMillan way and the Nene Valley walk pass thru the village and there are various bridle paths and canal walks.

Within the village there is a Store/Post Office, Newsagents, Hairdressers and a Butcher/ Patisserie .

Geographical Information
We are central to Oxford, Cambridge, The Cotswolds, Warwick Castle, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Silverstone, and Towcester and Rugby. We are situated just 6 miles from Althorp House (resting place of Princess Diana), 7 miles from Castle Ashby House, plus many more stately homes and gardens. Approx. 6 miles from Northampton town centre and 1 mile from M1 junction 16.
